Chief Executive Office / President - Michael G. Lucas
Michael G. Lucas is the Executive Director of ChesPenn Health Services, a non-profit health care organization committed to providing quality health care to Chester, Upper Darby, Coatesville and surrounding communities. He has extensive experience in both the for-profit and non-profit health care sectors. His responsibilities have ranged from operations to policy development in various healthcare environments with a special emphasis on public health and Federally Qualified Health Centers. He received his undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall with a major in Government and obtained his M.P.A. from American University specializing in Governmental Management and Urban Affairs.
Medical Director - Rekha Yagnik, M.D.
Dr. Yagnik is a pediatrician who has been in practice at ChesPenn Health Services for 36 years. Dr. Yagnik is board-certified in Pediatrics, a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the Delaware County Medical Society, and a member of the Public Health Commission of the Pennsylvania Medical Society. She received her medical degree from the University of Bombay, India and completed her residency in pediatrics at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
Dental Director - Nancy K. Koshetar, D.D.S.
Dr. Koshetar is a member of the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Philadelphia County Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is a graduate of Temple University's School of Dentistry and earned her M.B.A. from Widener University in 2000.
Salud Tiro, M.D., Pediatrician
Dr. Tiro has been in practice for 18 years and a staff member of ChesPenn Health Services since 1989. She is board-eligible in Pediatrics and is a member of the department of Pediatrics at Crozer-Chester Medical Center. Dr.Tiro completed her residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Lisa Flores, M.D., Pediatrician
Dr. Flores is board-certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed her residency and training at Rush Presbyterian, St. Lucks Medical Center and the University of Texas System Hospitals. Dr. Flores specializes in pediatric hematology-oncology.
Erica Turner, M.D., Pediatrician
Dr. Turner is a board certified Pediatrician. She received her B.A. in biology from Bryn Mawr College. She then went on to receive her medical degree from the University of Vermont and completed her pediatric internship and residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Turner has extensive experience in the field of pediatrics and in the teaching field. She was a clinical assistant professor for the Department of Pediatrics at the Medical College of Pennsylvania for over four years.
Marie Brislin, D.O.
Dr. Brislin is a board-certified Pediatrician. She earned her medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopatic Medicine. Dr. Brislin is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and completed her residency at the Geisinger Medical Center.cy and internship.
Paula Brenn, M.D.
Dr. Brenn is a board-certified Pediatrician. She earned her medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia, where she completed her residency and internship. Dr. Brenn has a special interest in Infant/Child/Adolescent Nutrition and completed a 1-year course in nutrition at the Institute for Integratal Nutrition in New York City. Dr. Brenn is a Fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society.
Jennifer Shrager, M.D.
Dr. Shrager is a board-certified Pediatrician with 17 years experience. She earned her medical degree from Hahnemann University where she earned the Kathy Graub Memorial Award for outstanding performance in pediatrics. She made the Dean's List at Lafayette College. Dr. Shrager completed her pediatric residency at Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a Clinical Instructor at Case Western Reserve University and has provided professional instruction on breast feeding, adolescences, eating disorders, and nutrition.
Raquibul Islam, M.D
Dr. Islam has been in practice for 26 years. He is board-certified and just became re-certified in Internal Medicine. While living in the United Kingdom he worked as a Registrar for five years. He earned his medical degree from Dhaka University in Bangladesh and completed his residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
Sarwat Jahan, M.D.
Dr. Jahan has been in practice for 25 years. She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and just became re-certified. She earned her medical degree from Dhaka University in Bangladesh and completed her residency at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Pennsylvania.
Meghan Ginty, M.D.
Dr. Ginty is board certified in Family Medicine. She graduated Cum Laude from Saint Joseph's University with a B.S. in Biology and received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. She is a proud recipient of the Philadelphia Academy of Family Physicians Memorial Prize for Excellence in the study of Family Medicine. Dr. Ginty completed her residency and training at Abington Memorial Hospital.
Gerard Hart, M.D.
Dr. Gerard Hart is a board certified Family Medicine Physician with a certificate of added qualifications in Geriatrics. Dr. Hart is a graduate of Rutgers Medical School and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Thomas Jefferson Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Hart has been on the faculty at both Thomas Jefferson and Robert Wood Johnson medical schools, and has practiced in the Philadelphia area for over 20 years.
Jacque Curtis, M.D.
Dr. Jacque Curtis is board certified in Internal Medicine. She received a Bachelors of Arts and Science Degree in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania. She received her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Curtis completed her residency at the Medical Center of Delaware / Alfred I. DuPont Hospital.
Stephanie Ikeme, D.O.
Dr. Ikeme has recently completed her Family Medicine Residency at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in the North Philadelphia Health System. She received her medical degree in 2008 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Ikeme was Intern of the Year for the Saint Joseph’s Family Medicine Residency Program in 2009.
Christine Lyons, M.D., Obstetrician/Gynecologist
Dr. Lyons graduated from Temple University School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at the Medical Center of Delaware. She is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Her areas of special clinical interest include: Complete Obstetrical & Gynecologic Care, Medical & Surgical Diagnosis and Treatment, Menopause Guidance, Stress Incontinence and Infertility and Hormonal Counseling/PMS. Dr. Lyons is also a volunteer physician at Community Volunteers in Medicine.
